If you mean twin rotor, you mean the CH-47, a Vertol design. At one time, there was also an H-21.

Bell is also working on a prototype called the Joint Transport Rotorcraft (JTA) aka FTR (future transport rotorcraft) aka QTR (quad tilt rotor). It features 2 sets of 2 tilt rotors. It could replace the CH-47F around 2020. The preliminary specs are interesting.. hovers at 100,000lbs, can carry an Apache internally, 90 passengers. But based on the failed Comanche program and the poor performance of the Osprey, it'll probably never leave the drawing board.
