The PHPTC is a computerized testing center that administers FAA written exams for $100.  A $10 discount is available for PHPA and AOPA members.  PHPTC has a special package for military pilots wishing to take the Military Competency Exam.  For $125, examinees will get a free welcome to PHPA breakfast, a four and a half hour class to prepare them for the examination, the exam itself, the FAA sign-off fee, and a one year membership in PHPA International.  For more information concerning the Test Center or PHPA International, visit their website at www.autorotate.com.
